Some Things Never Change

The election results are in and....we have no significant change. It is disappointing that we have elected no women to share their perspectives. Kuwait stays as it is - no boom, no bust, just floating along with the current. Kuwait has such great potential - it is a stable place, very wealthy, with some very smart people but in a difficult neighborhood. Are we afraid of the future? This parliament does not represent the Kuwait I kmow and love. Maybe I do not know the real Kuwait. Maybe it is time for something different?
